Lokah Samastha Sukhino Bhavantu
Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher 800h
under the guidance of her dear mentor and teacher Olga Oskorbina
from Jivamukti Yoga Barcelona.
Yoga for Trauma
Born in Stuttgart, Germany with the other half of her roots being in Barcelona she is living in Ericeira, near Lisbon.
Her deep rooted believe that it is everyones birth right to be happy and free connected her to Jivamukti Yoga, it felt like home.
The experience of emotional roller coaster after some classes made her curious to find out more about how body mind and soul are one.
Needing something more tangible which would allow her mind to open up to the idea of Prana, Nadis and Chakras, she studied traditional chinese medicine first.
Her yoga teaching journey began after teaching Pilates for some years
and then joining a Yin Yoga Training in 2017. The journey is going on ever since.
Her classes can be challenging and are always inviting to stay in the present and not taking everything what our monkey mind throws at us too serious.
The mat is our playground, there for us,
to learn to fly.
Enlightenment is when a wave realizes it is the ocean.
